With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Job Description:** Responsible for supervising the development of detailed engineering for pumping systems, booster stations, ventilation, and electrical components, ensuring technical, regulatory, and functional compliance within mechanical and piping disciplines. Reviews drawings, calculation reports, studies, and technical specifications. Coordinates with contractors to ensure efficient and safe execution, performs inspections and quality tests, manages construction risks, and maintains documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise (review and validate) the development of detailed engineering for pumping systems, electrical systems, booster stations, and ventilation systems, ensuring technical, regulatory, and functional compliance of deliverables from mechanical and piping disciplines. * Review and validate drawings and documents such as calculation reports, studies, simulations, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely. * Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Maintain records and documentation of construction activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. * Manage construction-related risks by identifying, assessing, and implementing mitigation measures. * Coordinate with involved disciplines and project areas as part of the engineering supervision team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and project objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (licensed). * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in similar roles. * Desirable experience in Mining. * Experience performing mechanical calculations, piping studies, and simulations. * Knowledge of underground mining. * Preferably residing in Lima or nearby southern regions of the country. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work on-site in Puno, Peru, under rotational shifts and atypical 14x7 schedules.
