Review drawings, calculation reports, studies, and technical specifications. Coordinate with contractors to ensure efficient and safe execution, perform inspections and quality tests, manage construction risks, and maintain documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise (review and validate) the development of detailed engineering for pumping systems, electrical systems, booster stations, and ventilation systems, ensuring technical, regulatory, and functional compliance of civil structural discipline deliverables. * Review and validate drawings and documents such as calculation reports, studies, simulations, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely. * Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of executed work and ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Maintain records and documentation of construction activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. * Manage construction-related risks by identifying, assessing, and implementing mitigation measures. * Coordinate with project disciplines and involved areas as part of the engineering supervision team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, timelines, and established objectives. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (licensed). * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in similar roles. * Desirable experience in mining. * Experience performing structural calculations on steel and concrete elements. * Knowledge of underground mining. * Preferably residing in Lima or nearby southern regions of the country. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work on-site: Puno, Peru, on rotating shifts under atypical 14x7 schedule.
