**REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Office (Excel, Word). * Knowledge of Law 30222 and Law 29783. * Experience as a risk prevention officer. * 1 year of experience in the position. **FUNCTIONS:** * Develop an annual training plan and execute it. * Conduct inventory of all machinery, scales, and other equipment important to the company. Inventory by areas. * Carry out induction programs for all new personnel, including training on production processes. * Instruct and train internal staff and suppliers in industrial safety. * Deliver 5-minute prevention talks, control talks, and active breaks to internal staff. * Be responsible for managing solid, liquid, common, and hazardous waste. * Conduct monthly audits on safety, environment, and quality. (Prepare schedule) * Prepare the annual budget for PPE purchases and manage the warehouse. * Issue purchase orders for PPE. * Manage the delivery of PPE (personal protective equipment). * Supervise plant cleanliness and organization. (In charge of cleaning personnel) * Inspect fire extinguishers at the site to ensure they are in good condition. * Verify that all personnel use required safety equipment. * Provide first aid in case of accidents and/or transport injured persons to clinic; investigate accidents. * Conduct two earthquake, fire, or other emergency drills twice a year. * Prepare SSOMA dossier and monitor document closure for the project. • Prepare SSOMA entry documentation (IPERC, PTS, SURVEILLANCE PLAN, ATS, CHECKLIST, ETC). * Report SSOMA performance indicators. * Daily incident reporting. * Make recommendations for improving the VisiónSoft system. * Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.
