**Job Opening: SSOMA Assistant** **Company:** Nazca Energy S.A.C. **Location:** Los Olivos, Lima **Education:** Graduate of **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.** **Required Profile:** * Knowledge in **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** and **Environmental Management.** * Proficiency in **IPER, IPERC, proper use of PPE, and work permits.** * Ability to work effectively both in the **field and office.** * Commitment, proactivity, and teamwork orientation. **Work Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in SSOMA-related roles. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out **management and supervision of occupational and environmental risks** during service execution. * **Identify, evaluate, and control risks (IPER/IPERC)** and verify compliance with preventive measures. * **Supervise proper PPE usage** and application of **work permits** in the field. * **Coordinate with operations team** for 24/7 service coverage. * **Prepare and close projects or technical dossiers.** * **Document control and management of SSOMA records.** * **Support safety inductions and training sessions.** * **Monitor PPE, IPERC, and work permits.** * **Track safety, occupational health, and environmental performance indicators.** * **Prepare compliance reports and regulatory reports.** * **Incident management** and promotion of continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.
