





**REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate, bachelor, or degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Studies, Industrial Safety, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Professional registration and license (Desirable) Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Knowledge and specialized studies in Occupational Health and Safety, Sexual Harassment Policies, and Equal Pay Policies. Communication skills at all levels. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Possession of A1 driver's license (optional). Availability to work on-site in San Juan de Lurigancho. **FUNCTIONS:** Assist in tracking and handling customer complaints. Comply with the company's Quality policy, confidentiality of laboratory information, maintain impartiality, and adhere to other guidelines of the Management System. Participate in scheduling training sessions, monitor compliance with the training program, and deliver training on Management System topics to company personnel. Design, implement, and monitor compliance with procedures and internal regulations on occupational safety and health. Participate in updating the IPERC (Risk Prevention Identification Matrix). Develop and update risk maps. Inspect emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, fire alarms, signage) across all organizational facilities, including follow-up for maintenance. Inspect first-aid equipment (first-aid kits) in organizational facilities, including restocking missing or expired supplies. Assist in recording and monitoring corrective actions proposed for non-conforming work. Participate in planning safety inspections across all company facilities and carry them out. Conduct and ensure compliance with the 5-minute safety talks. Follow up on minutes from SST Committee meetings. Conduct trainings, talks, campaigns, and drills on safety and environmental issues. Document control of records (ATS, PETAR, inspections, reports of acts and conditions, among others). Perform inspections on personnel regarding the correct use and care of PPE. Generate mandatory legal records and those voluntarily adopted by the company on a monthly basis. Supervise operational tasks carried out within the organization and assigned services as necessary in terms of safety. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
