




Our client, a major Logistics Operator in Southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** University degree in Administration, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas, preferably having supervised teams or processes related to payroll, labor relations, or recruitment. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and applicable regulations. * Payroll management, social benefits, and attendance systems. * Proficiency in HR performance indicators (KPIs). **Job Responsibilities** * Administer and control hiring, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding processes. * Supervise salary payments, social benefits, and attendance tracking. * Ensure compliance with labor obligations, social security, occupational health and safety (OHS), and applicable regulations. * Manage employee performance evaluations, training, and development programs. * Coordinate and resolve issues related to labor relations and disciplinary actions. * Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR indicator monitoring. * Promote initiatives related to workplace climate, internal communication, and organizational culture. * Ensure proper document management and maintenance of employee records.
