We are currently looking for **Customer Service / Call Center Supervisors** for our EsSalud location in **CAJAMARCA** \- **JAEN**. **Requirements:** * Must reside in **JAEN**. * Minimum of 06 months of experience in customer service or as a telephone operator in public and/or private organizations. * Currently enrolled in at least the third cycle of any university or technical program, preferably in Nursing, Communications, Marketing, Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Industrial Relations, Law, or Psychology. * Experience as a Supervisor in Customer Service and Telephone Appointments within a Health Sector Call Center. * Provide work certificates as **Operator, Telephone Operator, or Executive** in Customer Service. * Have completed at least 15 hours of training in software handling within the Windows environment: Word processor and/or spreadsheet. **We Offer:** * Net salary: **S/ 1,130\.00** * Working hours: **8 hours per day** \+ **1 hour lunch break**. * Formal employment with benefits according to **SME** regulations. * Job stability in a serious and well-recognized company within the sector.
