Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the source code of existing tools within the company. Collaborate on system integration and process automation using scripts and APIs. Technical Support and Data Management: Support database administration, ensuring information integrity and availability. Execute custom queries and generate reports tailored to various organizational departments. Infrastructure and Asset Management: Oversee the efficient receipt, custody, and distribution of technological equipment. Maintain up-to-date records to monitor software license and digital asset inventories. Configure workstations and ensure proper operation of the local network. Execute and verify backups according to information security policies. Manage user access to company platforms and shared resources. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or current student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or programming roles.
