We are currently seeking **01 Multidisciplinary Technician Level I** for the Guillermo Kaelin Hospital Complex. * Graduate or completed studies in maintenance technology. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. * Completion of courses in masonry, drywall systems, plumbing, electrical installations, metal mechanics, industrial safety, current regulatory framework, and health technical standards. * Essential knowledge in the use of verification, calibration, and measurement instruments. * Basic level of Office software skills. * Availability to work in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Know, execute, and promote strict compliance with current and approved policies, plans, procedures, and protocols related to safe, efficient, reliable, high-quality, and timely management of the physical assets necessary for safe medical care. * Attend, comply with, and ensure the timely execution of the activity program assigned by immediate supervision. * Repair any damage affecting infrastructure (walls, floors, ceilings, finishes, doors, windows, metal structures, circulation paths, parking areas, rooftops, etc.), minor installations (electrical and plumbing), and minor furniture, complying with current safety, technical, and quality protocols. * Timely identify risks that could lead to partial or total failure in operational continuity, as well as opportunities to strengthen processes or improve hospital infrastructure. * Accurately record information collected from executed maintenance activities, according to guidelines provided by the Maintenance Management and Planning Leader. * Across all areas; comply and ensure compliance with labor regulations and anti-corruption policies, as well as report, through the organization's designated channels, any act or situation contrary to corporate values, ethics, and good practices. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervision.
