




We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn **Technical Office Assistant for construction projects** to join our team working on **bank office remodeling projects**. What will you do in this role? As a Technical Office Assistant, you will provide essential support in project planning, cost control, and document management. Your main responsibilities will include: * Budgetary Support * Assist in managing change orders (additive and deductive) requested by the client, reporting their economic impact and effect on schedule. * Valuations and Results * Contract Administration * Document Control * Drawings and Specifications What are we looking for? * **Education**: Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or professional title in Civil Engineering. * **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in construction as an intern or technical office assistant. * **Specific experience**: Desirable in **bank office remodeling projects** or similar. * **Technical skills**: Ability to read drawings, takeoffs, valuations, budgets, and unit price analysis (UPA). * **Software**: **MS Excel: Intermediate-Advanced**, MS Word, AutoCAD, S10, MS Project**: **Job Conditions** * **Schedule**: Night shift * **Employment type**: Independent contractor (receipt for services) Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
