A growing and constantly expanding gastronomy company is currently seeking staff for its restaurant located in Santiago de Surco. What do we need? \- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurants as waiter or hostess. \- Service vocation, smile, and empathy with customers. \- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers and offering menu items. \- Availability to work in Santiago de Surco, very close to Puente Primavera, UPC, and ESAN. \- Full Time: 9 am – 6:00 pm \- Part Time Afternoon: 12 pm – 6:00 pm What do we offer? \- Honorarium receipt for the first 2 months with biweekly payments. \- Formal employment contract starting from the 3rd month with biweekly payments. \- Free lunch and double pay for holidays worked. \- 13 annual salaries. \- 30% discount on personal consumption at the restaurant. \- 70% of card tips (%25 of the 100% goes to kitchen staff and %5 POS commission). \- Cash tips go directly to the employee. Responsibilities: \- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customers. \- Provide service in dining area and pool area during summer season. \- Wash and disinfect cutlery, and maintain order and cleanliness in the dining area. \- Take customer orders according to the menu. \- Clear and reset tables after customers leave. \- Process customer payments and ensure they are completed correctly.
