**Company Description** We are a corporation with 03 brands, CHICHARRONES DEL VIRREY, PORTUARIA AND GALLO, seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure control, organization, and efficient flow of supplies belonging to the corporation, guaranteeing logistical processes are carried out accurately and in compliance with quality standards. Full-time on-site work at our facilities located in San Isidro, Lima. **Job Profile** * **Education:** Technical or university studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in the restaurant, franchise, or related service industry. * **Competencies:** * Analytical skills and results-oriented. * Leadership and teamwork. * Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. * Effective communication. * **Desired Knowledge:** * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, cost control, and inventory management. * Advanced Microsoft Excel and management software (ERP, Power BI, etc.). * Knowledge of good storage practices (GSP/GMP) and food handling regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily receipt of supplies, verifying quantities and physical condition of goods. * Manage the receipt, dispatch, and inventory control of supplies and products, ensuring proper documentation for delivery to the respective department. * Supervise compliance with GSP and GMP standards in warehouse operations. * Collaborate in organizing products in cold rooms, shelves, and racks according to the FIFO system. * Assist in physical counts during weekly inventories. * Ensure proper storage and handling of food, guaranteeing quality and safety. * Coordinate with kitchen and administrative departments to ensure timely supply. **Compensation:** S/ 1300 \- S/ 1400 **Schedule:** Full-time. **Growth Opportunity:** Salary increase and promotion based on performance and corporate growth. **Contact:** selecciondepersonal@chicharronesdelvirrey.pe or mobile 939834331 Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
