




**FUNCTIONS.** * Plan, organize and manage the operational and academic logistics of courses. * Supervise compliance with academic activity schedules. * Coordinate with instructors for the timely delivery of academic materials, ensuring that content is developed according to plan. * Welcome participants and provide induction and academic support. * Manage communication groups with participants. * Moderate virtual sessions and lead in-person workshops. * Monitor attendance in classes and workshops. * Administer and systematize satisfaction surveys for continuous improvement. * Collaborate on projects and tasks assigned by Academic Coordination. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical or university studies in administration, marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in academic or training roles. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and technological tools such as platforms (Zoom, Moodle), applications, etc. * Excellent organizational and customer service skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. * Proactive attitude, service vocation, and results orientation. **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum education: Technical · 1 year of experience · Age: between 25 and 35 years · Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Communication and Persuasion, Time Management, Microsoft Office Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Internships Contract duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at S/.1,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
