We are currently looking for a **CAFETERIA MANAGER** for **Callao**: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Nutrition, or Food Industry. * Intermediate level of Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Courses in good food handling practices and food hygiene. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in companies within the concession industry and/or in similar positions. * Minimum experience managing collective dining facilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate guidelines established between internal and external clients. * Report and calculate daily cafeteria sales according to established payment systems, notifying the operations manager of any deviations from planned targets. * Evaluate profit margins in relation to dish/drink and product rotation offered in the managed operation. * Prepare shift schedules and timetables according to contract requirements. * Plan, organize, supervise, and control banquets and other special events or buffet setups requested by the client within the managed operation. * Ensure proper supply of inputs required to fulfill corresponding operational services, in coordination with the Logistics department. * Ensure accurate recording and management of diner entry information according to the established payment system in the managed operation. * Maintain production costs within defined parameters (food cost, authorized positions, overtime, other production costs).
