Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics professional with experience in printing finishing processes to manage suppliers, quotations, and the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier evaluation and continuous improvement in cost and quality 2. Quality management for external service deliveries 3. Coordination and execution of meetings to review KPIs and improvements We are looking for a Logistics professional with experience in printing finishing processes. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum education: Technical degree. · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. · Intermediate Excel skills. · Prior experience in the printing industry is desirable. · Age: Between 25 and 50 years old. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluate new suppliers and continuously improve cost, lead time, and quality. * Obtain quotations, evaluate, and select external finishing service providers for the company from a minimum of 3 suppliers. * Obtain quotations, evaluate, and select die-cutting suppliers from a minimum of 3 suppliers. * Obtain quotations, evaluate, and select digital service providers. * Quote, coordinate, and select external finishing service providers. * Manage supply of materials from warehouse to production. * Ensure quality management for deliveries of external services, digital services, finishing services, and die-cutting. * Track and monitor jobs sent from the company to external services. * Monitor and receive jobs, external finishing services, and die-cutting materials at the receiving area. * Provide material samples to the design and production teams upon request. * Process weekly invoice, delivery note, and supporting documentation for finance (as applicable). * Coordinate and conduct monthly meetings to review KPIs and improvement opportunities. * Update the supplier database on a weekly basis.
