Apply quality management tools and advanced methodologies Quality Supervisor **BENAVIDES INGENIEROS SAC.** We are a company dedicated to the execution of fuel station construction projects (LPG and CNG), general project development, consultancy, supervision, and general maintenance and technical services. JOB OBJECTIVE Lead, control, and ensure the established quality standards during the execution of the organization’s construction projects and works, guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations, technical standards, and implemented management systems. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise quality during the execution of civil, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary works, as well as rigorously control materials. * Supervise the execution and results of destructive and non-destructive testing. * Apply quality management tools, Lean Construction methodologies, Six Sigma, process control charts, and statistical tools. * Develop the Quality Plan, Inspection and Testing Plan, Non-Conformance Management, and final compilation of the Quality Dossier. * Prepare, control, and approve field protocols, managing timely corrective and preventive actions. * Draft detailed technical reports on quality supervision. Support quantity surveying (virtual modality) and actively participate in construction management training courses or workshops in Callao. * Strictly comply with the company’s Internal Regulations, Policies, Standards, and Management System Procedures. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Academic Qualification: University graduate with a professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Mandatory). * Experience: 3–4 years of verifiable prior experience in quality control and assurance functions within construction projects. * Specialization: Knowledge and/or specialization in Construction Quality Management. * Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD. * Availability: Willingness to travel and perform on-site fieldwork in Callao, plus virtual support capability.
