The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day\-to\-day activities. **What you will do**

As a **Customer Service Intern**, you will:
* Place orders for packaging materials;
* Follow up on deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met;
* Maintain active communication with our factories to coordinate production and logistics;
* Support the preparation of reports;
* Contribute to KPI tracking and process improvement.
**Bachelor Studies in progress:** Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Software Engineering.

### **The Volunteer’s Role**
Cuso International is seeking a dedicated individual who will be a key advisor in the promotion and marketing strategy of CBC Hotels services as well as in the communication of its corporate social responsibility actions and in the integration of the different organizational levels involved (from the CBC organization, to the rural tourism agency, to the communities) to achieve a fruitful tripartite collaboration.
**As a volunteer, you will:**
* Generate strategies, routes and internet channels that contribute to the promotion, sales and payments by virtual means of the services of the social enterprise CBC Hotels: accommodation reservations, rural tourism trips, strengthening the reservation line of CBC Hotels.
* Maintain the CBC Hotels website and social networks up to date.
* To help strengthen the link between the CBC and the rural communities.
* Train rural tourism service providers in Responsible Tourism and Rural Community Tourism.
