**Andes Panda** is looking for a creative, agile, and visually driven **Audiovisual Communicator** with intermediate to advanced skills in **After Effects** and proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams. If you are passionate about digital content, social media trends, and have a proactive attitude, this could be your opportunity to grow in a dynamic and creative environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Edit impactful and dynamic videos for platforms such as **TikTok**, **TikTok Live**, **Instagram Reels**, and **YouTube Shorts**. * Design and animate **motion graphics** elements aligned with the visual identity of various brands and creators. * Adapt content to different formats and dimensions according to each social network's requirements. * Create audiovisual assets such as intros, overlays, bumpers, lower thirds, among others. * Actively collaborate with **marketing, creative, and production teams**. * Use **visual storytelling** to communicate ideas clearly and emotionally. * Research and apply the latest visual trends on social media. * Maintain efficient organization of files and projects. * Optimize editing time without sacrificing quality. * Propose innovative ideas to enhance the team's audiovisual approach. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Audiovisual Communication, Design, Multimedia Production**, or related fields. * Proven experience editing content for social media (mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in **After Effects** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of: * **Adobe Premiere Pro** * **Adobe Illustrator** * **Adobe Photoshop** * **Lightroom** * **Canva** * **CapCut** * **OBS Studio** or other streaming tools. * Excellent visual judgment and understanding of modern visual narratives. * Knowledge of **artificial intelligence (AI)** applied to audiovisual production. * Real experience working collaboratively in team environments. * Creative, proactive, problem-solving profile with attention to detail.
