FUNCTIONS: · Generate DAM 40 and final data entry in customs software · Obtain Manifest from the Portal - Customs Operations. · Receive invoice and air waybill, register shipment in the tracking sheet. · Follow up on missing documents required to regularize the DAM for air shipments. · Update customer tracking sheet according to Air Waybill and/or commercial invoice. · Prepare export reports and send them to freight agents and sector specialists. · Scan documents needed for dispatch regularization. · Verify expiration of electronic mandates and notify concerned parties. · Send corresponding electronic documentation for DAM regularization to clients upon request. · Send files to the archiving department, which must be registered with the incident in SINTAD; deliver physical files and digital folder to the archiving department. · Comply with the standards established in the BASC/Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (OEA) SGCS according to job responsibilities. · Report any process deviations detected to the BASC/OEA Representative and BASC/OEA Coordinator. · Other duties inherent to the position. REQUIREMENTS: · Basic foreign trade regulations course. · Knowledge of INCOTERMS. · Knowledge of customs documentation. · Basic office software skills. · Basic language proficiency. · Experience with customs software (not essential).
