Requirements: \- Graduate or in the final cycles of a university or technical program in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Availability to work in La Molina \- Basic knowledge in electronic invoicing, shipping guides, and commercial documents (desirable). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, and control functions). * Communication, organizational, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: * Carry out the billing process and payment follow-up with sales staff and customers. * Assist in monitoring and achieving performance indicators. * Prepare reports on collections and accounts receivable. * Send account statements to customers and provide phone-based information, among other duties.
