If you seek to join a nationally and internationally recognized leader in engineering, consulting, and construction supervision, this is your opportunity. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technician in BIM Design and Modeling, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum academic degree: Bachelor's degree. **Work Experience:** * Minimum of **1 year of verifiable experience** as a **BIM MEP Modeler** (or in similar BIM MEP coordination roles). * Experience in **electrical installation modeling and design**. * Desirable experience in **hospital building projects**. **Knowledge and Tools:** Proficiency in the following software is mandatory: * **Revit** * **AutoCAD** * **Civil 3D** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
