In addition, it is **certified as one of the best companies to work for by Great Place to Work.** That's why we are currently looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Customer Support Operator - Call Center.** **Your main challenges will be:** **Ensure proper service to external and internal customers** * Handle customer calls with quality throughout the entire process of scheduling technical visits and/or installations, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience. * Attend requests from different departments related to scheduling. * Answer technician calls to support assigned schedules. * Maintain login availability, except during breaks, active pauses, and prior coordinations. * Monitor and respond immediately to cancellations of scheduled appointments. **Proper use of management tools** * Correctly use the current scheduling tool, promoting first-line scheduling. * Organize maintenance or installation schedules ensuring the most optimal route. * Verify and send the schedule prepared for the following day. * Daily follow-up and control of requirements, as well as correction of installations or maintenance tasks. * Other duties assigned to the role. What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year in similar positions. * Experience in scheduling and tracking appointments via phone. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays on rotating shifts: either 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Availability to work on-site in Surco. * Intermediate level in Excel. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all legal benefits. * Food card and productivity bonus. * Health insurance (EPS) covered at 80% starting from the third month. * Training through Workday Learning. * Being part of a company certified by Great Place to Work.
