We are currently seeking experienced sales associates in the fashion industry to join our team in a pleasant and ideal work environment for professional development. REQUIREMENTS: * Cash handling, POS and billing systems (not essential) * Customer service skills, proactive attitude, and strong communication abilities * Social media management * Daily maintenance of store presentation and inventory control * Availability to work retail hours * Achieve company-established sales targets * Intermediate English (not essential) * Up-to-date with fashion trends and enthusiastic about fashion * Teamwork, friendliness, and responsibility * Full-time availability RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sales knowledge and customer service experience, preferably in retail companies. Minimum one year of experience. * Handle customer inquiries and close sales via phone, email, or WhatsApp. * Strong proficiency in performance indicators. * High sense of responsibility, reliability, and proactivity. * Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution. * Customer-oriented mindset. * Results- and achievement-driven. * Analytical and organizational skills, meticulous, detail-oriented, and practical. * Strong commitment and alignment with company values.
