Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in Retail project design to develop and manage commercial designs, coordinate with clients, and provide on-site construction support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial project design and on-site technical visits. 2. Coordination and smooth communication with the client. 3. Architectural support and consultation during construction execution. Our client is a construction company handling Retail projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail project design. * Experience preparing drawings for the following disciplines: Sanitary, Electrical, Electricity. * SketchUp, V-Ray \- ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop designs for received commercial projects. * Conduct on-site technical visits to take measurements at project locations. * Maintain smooth and direct communication with the client. * Coordinate with the client to collect required project information. * Quantify quantities in close collaboration with the cost and budget analyst. * Provide architectural support and consultation during construction execution, resolving any technical queries. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
