Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the food industry, responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment and plant infrastructure. Key Requirements: 1. Experience in maintenance of bakery and pastry machinery (mandatory) 2. Fixed afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM (mandatory) 3. Full payroll with statutory benefits An industrial baking company operating in the industrial bakery market is seeking top talent for the position of **INDUSTRIAL BAKERY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Plant Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance of machinery used for processing and production of bakery and pastry products. (**mandatory**) * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work on a fixed afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM. (**mandatory**) * Must reside in Cercado de Lima or nearby districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform required mechanical and electrical maintenance services on plant equipment to comply with established technical specifications and procedures. * Maintain the entire plant infrastructure in good condition. * Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan with the assigned team. * Verify proper operation of equipment and tools, manage their inventory, and maintain order in the maintenance workshop. * Conduct periodic safety inspections of machines and plant installations. * Calibrate area equipment. * Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, instructions, etc. * Adhere to safety, health, and environmental recommendations defined by the CSST department. **BENEFITS:** * Join a growing organization. * Full payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (2 PM to 10 PM).
