Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide operational support in scheduling, monitoring, and tracking LPG transportation and distribution, ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Operations Team (assistants and drivers) 2. Develop shift and service schedules 3. Therefore, we are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** to provide operational support in scheduling, monitoring, and tracking LPG transportation and distribution operations, ensuring resource availability, adherence to routes, and proper documentation management — contributing to service efficiency, safety, and continuity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, reports). * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night shifts) * Preferably residing in Huachipa (Nieveria) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the Operations Team (assistants and drivers) * Develop shift schedules for auxiliary staff and drivers * Develop service schedules based on commercial department’s order requests * Coordinate with the Commercial Department based on available vehicles and personnel * Prepare operational reports and control reports * Document control (waybills, manifests, transport orders) **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Direct enrollment in the General Regime payroll system * Statutory benefits * Timely payments * Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
