A metalworking company is looking for an ASSEMBLY OPERATOR in Huachipa. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical degree in Maintenance / Industrial Maintenance \- Must be over 18 years old \- Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience as an assembly operator in industrial companies. \- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. \- Knowledge of bearing and seal adjustments. \- Electrical knowledge (Motors: weg/delcrosa/siemens/baldor/abb) \- Metrology knowledge (verified). \- Familiarity with service manuals, operation manuals, and parts catalogs. \- Experience using alignment equipment and mechanical alignment techniques. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Installation of mechanical seals (single spring and cartridge type). \- Assemble horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical submersible pumps. \- Perform maintenance and repair on centrifugal, peristaltic, positive displacement, horizontal, vertical, and sump pumps (brands: Denver, Ash, Goulds, Tsurumi, Hidrostal, Galigher, Warman). \- Use metrology instruments (micrometer, caliper, dial indicator) to verify tolerances and ensure precision in repairs and assemblies. \- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor related to the job position. **BENEFITS:** What do we offer? * Formal employment from day one. * Statutory benefits: CTS, BONUS, PROFIT-SHARING (GENERAL REGIME) * Biweekly payments * Pleasant working environment * Growth opportunities * Customized benefits plan (based on compensation scale).
