Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician with experience in infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and facility maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment and systems. 2. Carry out electrical, plumbing, and facility repairs across multiple areas. 3. Timely respond to maintenance requests and incidents. **WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING:** **PROFILE:** General Maintenance Technician **QUANTITY:** 01 person **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multiskilled Technician or in infrastructure maintenance. · Technical studies in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields (preferred). · Knowledge of air conditioning, swimming pool, electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance. · Proficiency in using manual and electric tools, as well as familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal operation. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, pump and filter operation, circulation systems, and basic chemical parameter control. · Perform electrical maintenance on panels, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, conduits, and other low-voltage installations. · Perform maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, including water and drainage networks, faucets, sanitary fixtures, water pumps, and leak detection. · Perform facility maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering, masonry, drywall, carpentry, locksmithing, and other minor repairs. · Timely respond to maintenance requests and incidents from various departments. · Prepare reports of completed activities and ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. · Comply with internal procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Academic Qualifications**: * Technical studies in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields (preferred).
