INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – ELECTRICIAN Hiring Company: FIXS SERVICE S.A.C (general services company) Position: ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (IN-HOUSE for DP World) Location: Callao and Ventanilla (candidates living in nearby areas are preferred) Schedule Options: * Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no Saturday shift) (48 weekly hours, with 45 minutes of daily break) * Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with Saturday shift) (48 weekly hours, with 45 minutes of daily break) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or related fields. * Microsoft Office Excel - Intermediate Level * AutoCAD Intermediate Level. (Essential) * Previous experience using EAM or ERP systems will be valued. * Valid driver's license category A1 (Essential) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. (Essential) * Experience in maintenance of low-voltage electrical equipment (electrical panels, transformers, electric motors, compressors, water pumps, UPS, air conditioning, etc.) * Experience in generator set maintenance. * Experience in fire detection and firefighting systems maintenance. * Experience in Medium Voltage substation maintenance. * Experience in grounding systems (SPAT) maintenance. * Experience in access control and CCTV systems maintenance (cameras, RX machines, turnstiles, etc.) * Experience in low-voltage electrical system design (mechanical-electrical design of power and control panels, electrical calculations for branch circuits and feeders, load schedule preparation, SPAT design, LV protection coordination). * Experience in electrical installations assembly in buildings (EMT, IMC conduits, cable trays, duct banks, etc.) * Experience in ITSE license renewals (Desirable). * Intermediate takeoffs (Desirable). * Industrial Electricity course. (Desirable). * Maintenance and operation of electrical substations course (essential). * Programmable logic controllers programming course.
