**Mechanical Technician for Sanitary Installations** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of a technical program in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in the Maintenance field. * Basic level of Microsoft Office. * Experience in the hotel, clinic, and/or continuous operations industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing installations, potable water systems, hot water systems, pipelines, cisterns, and pressure pumps, ensuring everything operates without failures. * Diagnose and repair any malfunctions related to plumbing and water systems, guaranteeing uninterrupted service. * Carry out preventive maintenance according to the schedule established by the Maintenance Management and Supervision team. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new sanitary systems, such as central heating, hot water equipment, air conditioning systems, among others, and ensure their proper operation. * Supervise and maintain the hotel's heating and air conditioning systems, including boilers and hot water systems, to optimize energy efficiency and reduce resource consumption without compromising operations. * Ensure all sanitary installations and potable water systems comply with local and international health, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Ensure the hotel's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems operate correctly. * Maintain refrigeration systems, especially those related to food preservation, operating without interruption to guarantee the safety and quality of hotel services. * Respond promptly to any major failure or emergency in the hotel's sanitary or mechanical systems. * Maintain proper control of spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. * Prepare detailed reports of maintenance activities carried out in different areas and stations of the hotel. * Perform other duties as required by the Maintenance and/or Operations Management. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary * General regime payroll Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1\.00 per month Application questions: * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp * What is your academic degree and level? * What is your expected salary? * Which district do you live in?
