We seek an autonomous profile capable of self-organizing, prioritizing, and making operational decisions on a day-to-day basis. **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative management of the office. * Personnel administration: contracts, vacations, leaves of absence, onboarding. * Support in recruitment processes and workplace climate initiatives. * Coordination of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and related documentation. * Support in internal communications and organizational activities. **Profile** * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifunctional administrative roles. * Organized, reliable, multitasking profile with sound judgment for decision-making. Working hours: Monday to Friday.
