





**We are GM SYSTEM** we are looking for a project area coordinator for our Surquillo office. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls and register office visitors. * Support the accounting department with employee reimbursements. * Schedule ongoing projects. * Coordinate with assigned staff to maintain office order and cleanliness. * Manage and respond to emails, in coordination with legal and operations departments. * Organize and manage documentation. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, administrative secretary, or administrator. * **Skills:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. * **Knowledge:** Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Education** * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Executive Secretarial, Management Assistance, or related fields. * Complementary training in customer service, office management, or digital tools is desirable. **Interested?** We are looking for your talent!
