We are looking for an **architect currently studying, graduated, or licensed** with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, knowledge of electrical installations, and familiarity with RNE standards (A.010, A.050, A.070, A.120, A.130). Knowledge in building permit applications, INDECI, factory declarations, property separations, coordination across all specialties, and designing considering urban parameters. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare electrical installation drawings under the engineer's supervision \- Coordinate architecture with other disciplines (sanitary, structural, communications, and electrical installations) \- Ability to address observations on **technical files for buildings and land regularization** \- Coordinate with other departments and report progress to the project manager \- Organize the team in charge to meet delivery deadlines.
