




We are looking for a Cost and Budgeting professional who can prepare technical and economic budgets for commercial and office construction projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and competitiveness. The candidate will be responsible for quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, scheduling, and supplier management, directly contributing to project profitability. **Qualifications:** * Graduate or degree holder in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * 3 years of experience in office / retail projects. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in construction budget preparation. * Experience in commercial and residential projects, with field experience, is desirable. **Technical skills:** * Autocad, SketchUp, and Excel. * Quantity takeoffs, unit price analysis, and budgeting. * Construction processes and regulations. * Technical and economic evaluation of suppliers. **What we offer:** * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Involvement in diverse and challenging projects. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
