At SERCOM AMERICA, we value effort, integrity, and continuous improvement, supporting responsible development of Peru's agro-industrial sector. **Job Objective:** Provide technical, operational, and administrative support in the supply and collection processes of paddy rice, actively participating in the planning of agricultural campaigns, field visits, crop monitoring, and logistical coordination of raw material intake. Your purpose is to ensure timely availability, product quality, and documentary traceability of collected materials, contributing to the efficiency and profitability of the group's agricultural and industrial operations. **Main Responsibilities:** Ø Participate in the planning and execution of agricultural campaigns, supporting the development of schedules, collection zones, and supply targets. Ø Conduct technical visits to farmers, verifying crop status, estimating yields, and providing guidance on safe and sustainable practices. Ø Update and maintain the producer registry, recording planted areas, harvest dates, and delivery conditions. Ø Assist in the purchase and reception of paddy rice, verifying weight, moisture, cleanliness, and product quality. Ø Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for product pickup in the field and its secure transfer to the mill. Ø Prepare supply reports, including collected volumes, costs, origin zones, and active producers. Ø Maintain orderly documentation of contracts, delivery guides, receiving records, and settlements. Ø Comply with occupational health and safety protocols (OHS) during visits, transfers, and plant activities. Ø Participate in training sessions, meetings, and corporate continuous improvement activities. Ø Foster good relationships with farmers, promoting their loyalty and trust in the company. **Education and Experience:** Ø **Minimum Education:** Graduate of a technical or university program in Agronomic Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Agricultural Management, or related fields. Ø **Minimum Experience:** Desirable 3 to 6 months of experience in collection, agricultural support, or field technical assistance. Ø **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of rice crops, responsible use of fertilizers and agrochemicals, grain quality control, report writing, and field forms. Ø **Tools:** Microsoft Excel, Word, and control formats (intermediate level). Ø **Mobility:** Availability to travel to agricultural zones and mills (transportation provided or allowances given according to schedule). **Knowledge and Competencies:** Ø Results-oriented with commitment to achieving supply targets. Ø Strong observation and technical recording skills in the field. Ø Effective communication and positive interaction with farmers and internal teams.
