





**Job Description:** A leading company in the OIL AND GAS sector is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to provide support in administrative management and general services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and monitor **supplier and service contracts**. * Manage the **petty cash fund** and carry out corresponding reporting. * Request, compare, and manage **quotations** for hiring services or purchasing materials. * Coordinate **general services**, maintenance, cleaning, and office supplies. * Assist in administrative tasks within the department (document control, reports, inventories, among others). **Requirements:** * Technical degree or graduate in **Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. * **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in similar positions. * Knowledge in managing **contracts, petty cash, and suppliers**. * Intermediate level in **Excel and Office tools**. * Previous experience in **general services** is desirable. **Competencies:** * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Full-time employment with all statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Work location: SJL Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site position
