FIELD ASSISTANT – SURCO SITE (LIMA, PERU) Be part of the team that transforms plans into real results. Your role will be key in daily site management: controlling, anticipating, and producing methodically. Location: Surco – Lima Schedule: Monday to Saturday (site hours) Starting salary: S/ 1,500 – with potential increase based on performance and commitment Your main responsibilities: - Support the site manager and production engineer in activity control. - Supervise work crews and report daily productivity. - Prepare photographic reports and field mapping. - Coordinate work area release and resolve observations. - Ensure compliance with quality, organization, and safety standards in assigned areas. - Provide technical support to staff and feedback to the technical office team.
