**Position:** Inspection Assistant **Profile:** Final-year student or graduate in Architecture or Building Technician (SENCICO/CAPECO) **Experience:** Minimal, with interest in tasks related to apartment inspections, after-sales service, and/or finish supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in quality inspections of real estate units. * Assist in receiving real estate units by the construction team. * Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of real estate units to owners. * Assist in controlling post-sales material inventory, keys, delivery records, and owner manuals. * Assist in properly handling requests and claims (visit forms, management of technical staff, recording observations, acceptance reports, etc.). * Assist in preparing and presenting executive reports on delivery and service statistics. * Assist in direct coordination with property owners. **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 05:00 pm ⏰ Saturdays from 07:30 am to 01:00 pm **Office Location:** Calle Cinco 111 \- San Isidro Type of position: Full-time on-site employment Remuneration: S/1,200 as starting salary (possible salary increase after performance evaluation.)
