TECHMASTER PERU\- Consultoría On behalf of our client, a leading real estate and construction company with over 20 years in the market, we are seeking the best talent for the position of **BIM MODELER.** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory) \- Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM methodology, ICE meetings, project coordination, architectural and structural modeling (mandatory) \- Knowledge of VCD working system supported by BIM methodology. Software: Revit, CAD, Project, Navis Works \- Basic knowledge of S10, Primavera, Excel. \- Availability to work on-site in Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Develop BIM models at all project stages. \- Manage project changes and update models accordingly. \- Generate quantity take-offs and/or required information at all project stages and across relevant disciplines. \- Export models for clash detection resolution. \- Create BIM content for disciplines as required. \- Provide support and assistance in information technologies focused on construction.
