In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Lead and coordinate change management processes in projects, ensuring the proper implementation of new methodologies, processes, and tools. * Ensure compliance with client technical specifications and complementary international standards according to the service specialty. * Design, implement, and monitor change management plans aimed at minimizing resistance, optimizing adoption, and guaranteeing the sustainability of initiatives. * Coordinate with technical and project management teams to identify impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies related to change. * Train and support teams in adopting new practices, promoting effective communication and organizational alignment. * Support the application of PMBOK guidelines in cost management, procurement, and project portfolio management related to change. * Prepare reports and metrics on the progress and effectiveness of implemented change strategies. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management and engineering, construction, or Oil & Gas projects. * Advanced knowledge of Repsol specifications according to the service specialty. * Advanced knowledge of international standards complementary to Repsol specifications. * Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines, bidding and procurement processes, cost management, and project portfolio management. * Proficient user skills in: MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Office 365, SAP SE, and Plant 3D. * Class A1 driver's license (required for supervision staff and project managers). * Intermediate English (spoken and written), advanced reading level. **Additional Information** * Direct employment contract with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 80% employer-covered EPS insurance for employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years old. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
