Requirements: \- 3 years of experience in costs and budgets for building and infrastructure projects \- Experience in construction execution and civil works and installations procedures. \- Advanced level Excel skills (essential) \- Intermediate level S10 skills \- Advanced level Autocad and Revit skills (essential) \- Intermediate level Ms Project skills Responsibilities: \- Perform detailed measurements by specialty \- Conduct unit price analysis (APU) considering productivity, materials, labor, equipment, and tools. \- Review drawing inconsistencies and prepare inquiries during the bidding stage. \- Prepare budgets. \- 3D modeling in Revit. \- Provide support to the technical office.
