Position Objective:** Provide comprehensive support in preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant and office facilities, ensuring proper operation of equipment, infrastructure, and basic services, in order to guarantee workplace functionality and safety. **1\. Main Responsibilities:** * Perform painting and aesthetic maintenance of walls and furniture. * Carry out minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc. * Perform basic plumbing tasks, including repairing faucets, pipes, and drains. * Drywall installation. * Maintenance of refrigeration equipment. * Cleaning of ducts and hoods. * Ceramic tiling work. * Assist in loading and unloading materials, furniture, or heavy equipment. * Provide support to various operational areas in logistics and maintenance tasks. * Provide cleaning assistance for offices and premises. **2\.
