We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Handyman with immediate availability. **What do we require for this position?** * Graduate or Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electrician, or related fields. * Knowledge in electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, tiling, and welding. * Knowledge in apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role. * Familiarity with INDECI regulations. **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair pipes, offices, and other areas. * Handle basic maintenance tools. * Manage electrical issues to address incidents in offices, stores, and other locations. * Perform carpentry and locksmith tasks. * Install or repair shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within your area of expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or have knowledge regarding inspections. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive salary. * Biweekly payments. * Travel opportunities. * Career progression aimed at supporting the technical service department. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Immediate availability required.
