We are currently seeking the best talent for the position of **TECHNICAL DIRECTOR** who possesses time management skills, leadership, and assertive communication. **Requirements:** University graduate and licensed in pharmacy and biochemistry Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Minimum 6 months of experience as a formulator. Knowledge of GMP / GDP / GLP Intermediate level of office software skills. **Functions:** · Supervise the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations such as magistral formulations and dermocosmetic products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. · Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements. · Supervise the work team and provide continuous training. · Ensure that all processes within each area are carried out correctly. · Supervise the maintenance of accurate records for all preparations, allowing traceability of raw materials and packaging components (GMP). · Supervise that the pharmaceutical laboratory facilities comply with hygiene, safety, and operational standards required for proper drug manufacturing. · Control the maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent any contamination or errors during the process. · Ensure proper management of technical documentation related to magistral formulas, including prescriptions, quality and safety reports, and batch preparation records. · Ensure documentation is available and up-to-date for audits and regulatory inspections. · Collaborate in the research and development of new customized formulas and medications based on specific client needs. · Evaluate potential risks associated with preparations by conducting stability, safety, and efficacy tests. · Act as the contact point with regulatory and public health authorities to comply with regulations and pass inspections. · Manage the acquisition and renewal of licenses and permits related to the operation of the pharmaceutical laboratory. · Comply with and ensure Good Pharmaceutical Practice (GPP). **Benefits:** Continuous training Career advancement opportunities Positive work environment Corporate discounts Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
