CODRISE, a metalworking company with over 15 years in the industry offering high-performance drilling solutions, including drilling accessories, machinery spare parts, diamond products, drilling additives, pipes, and specialized technical services, is currently seeking 1 professional to fill the position of: QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure and verify compliance with technical specifications of the products manufactured by the company, guaranteeing established quality requirements across all processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Constantly coordinate with the quality area supervisor regarding scheduled tasks within the department. * Constantly coordinate with machining supervisors regarding urgent matters during working hours. * Perform duties according to the quality department procedures or specific instructions from the quality supervisor. * Interpret technical specifications detailed in engineering drawings to determine which inspections are most critical and least critical. * Review, analyze, and validate quality certificates for raw materials by comparing technical specifications on drawings and/or material standards (AISI, SAE, AWS, ASTM). * Prepare quality reports after performing dimensional inspections on parts. * Conduct technical visits and quality control inspections at supplier facilities when necessary. * Perform dimensional inspection of complex parts in coordination with the quality supervisor. * Carry out non-destructive testing on parts during welding processes and/or third-party services when required. * Accurately read and interpret manufacturing drawings. * Monitor the assembly process of mechanical components. * Record details or observations related to potential issues detected during assembly using photographs and/or appropriate diagrams. * Maintain constant coordination with the quality analyst. * Ensure proper use of measurement equipment. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate or senior supervisors. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of a technical program in production mechanics, industrial production and management, or university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory). * Knowledge in quality management, metrology, machining processes, and reading/interpretation of hydraulic drawings. * 1 year of work experience in quality control within the metalworking industry. * Availability to work in Chorrillos from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 6:36 pm.
