Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the execution of a new housing project, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and resource management. Key Highlights: 1. At **GLOBAL INMOBILIARIA**, we are looking for a **Site Manager** to lead the execution of our new 12-unit residential project, comprising 6 floors and 2 basements, located in **Miraflores**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with deadlines, construction quality, safety, and proper administration of assigned resources. **Requirements** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * **PMP** certification or specialization in Project Management. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Site Manager on multifamily building projects. * Solid knowledge of technical, legal, and operational construction management. * Proficiency in **construction control and scheduling**, budget review, PU analysis, valuations, quantity take-offs, target budget, schedules, and safety regulations. * Familiarity with **MS Project** and **AutoCAD** is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee the overall execution of the project, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, safety, and productivity. * Develop and monitor the **Master Construction Plan**, target budget, procurement schedule, and construction strategy. * Manage field production, resources, work fronts, and operational continuity. * Monitor valuations, quantity take-offs, work orders, and technical compatibility. * Coordinate with subcontractors and external entities. * Lead Production, Technical Office, Installations, Finishes, Quality, SSOMA, Warehouse, and Construction Administration teams. * Manage risks, inspections, observations, claims, and interferences, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate standards. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * **Compensation:** S/. **7,000\.00 to S/. 9,000\.00** per month. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * On-site work in Miraflores. · **Application** Send your updated CV and availability to: wguzman@glb.pe Subject: **SITE MANAGER – MIRAFLORES** Salary: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
