Opportunity for career progression within the company **Company:** BCP Consulting EIRL **Location:** Comas, Lima **Position Type:** Internship (full-time) **Job Description** At BCP Consulting EIRL, we are looking for an **SEO Positioning Intern** with prior knowledge of digital marketing and an analytical mindset. The intern will participate in real projects, executing Google search engine positioning strategies (SEO) and supporting Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on results and professional growth. **Responsibilities** * Conduct technical SEO audits (indexing, crawling, and performance) * Improve visibility and search engine rankings * Optimize web content and structure (on\-page SEO) * Keyword research * Support Google Ads campaigns * Analyze metrics (traffic, CTR, conversions) * Implement tracking (Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager) **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing * Knowledge of SEO (indexing, keywords, website structure) * Proficiency with tools: * Google Search Console * Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Google Tag Manager (GTM) * Microsoft Clarity * Basic knowledge of Google Ads * Analytical ability * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Submit CV \+ portfolio of completed work **Working Conditions** * Salary: Market minimum rate * Work mode: On-site (office in Comas, Lima) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm * Position type: Full-time internship * Initial duration: 3 months **Benefits** * Pleasant goal-oriented work environment * Access to professional tools * Internship completion certificate * Opportunity for career progression within the company **Important:** Upon completion of the first 3 months, and based on the intern’s performance, evaluation for permanent employment will be conducted. **Required Location** Applicants must be available to attend the office in Comas in person. **How to Apply** Submit an updated CV along with a portfolio of relevant work in SEO or digital marketing.
