What is our ideal candidate like? * Graduate of a Systems Engineering, Networking, or related program. * Availability for on-site work from Monday to Friday. * Knowledge of physical and virtual servers, networks, and communications. * Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, and Digital Ocean). * Knowledge in IT infrastructure topics. What would be your responsibilities? * Provide support in managing Microsoft infrastructure, network, and communications services. * Create technical documentation regarding configurations, procedures, security policies, and IT service administration. * Assist in managing IT assets (hardware and software), inventories, asset additions and removals. * Monitor IT infrastructure. * Support email backup management, creation of network access and corporate email accounts, among others.
