Lead planning, execution and control of all R\+D projects (hardware, firmware, software and telecommunications). 2\. Define technology roadmap, initiative prioritization and impact metrics. 3\. Manage engineering teams and external vendors; resource allocation. 4\. Supervise design, prototyping, validation and transfer to production. 5\. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications (quality, safety, environmental). 6\. Prepare budgets, control area costs and risks. 7\. Drive continuous improvement, agile methodologies and engineering best practices. 8\. Standardize technical documentation, manuals and versioning. 9\. Align with Operations, Commercial and Support for successful product launches. 10\. Report KPIs and progress to management; make critical technical decisions. 11\.
