If you are passionate about mentoring engineers, optimizing engineering processes, and guiding teams toward exceptional outcomes for global clients, this is the place for you. **Main Responsibilities** Technical Leadership and Delivery * Serve as **Tech Lead** in closed projects or agile squads. * Implement best development practices and SDLC methodologies across all projects. * Provide **direct technical support**, unblock teams, and maintain architectural consistency. * Conduct technical assessments and coding challenges for candidates across various tech stacks. * Validate critical technical decisions and architectural solutions. Team Performance and Mentorship * Manage the **performance and development** of engineers across multiple projects (between 5 and 15 people). * Lead 1:1 meetings, performance cycles, continuous feedback, and career development plans. * Mentor junior profiles and define growth paths for trainees. * Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence. Project Health and Continuous Improvement * Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks, and propose improvements. * Contribute to the evolution of SDLC practices and internal playbooks. * Lead onboarding documentation and knowledge transfer.
